Liturgical Usage & Intellectual Property

I. The Human Art of the Living Engine

All Sol-Arc Systema musical works, transmissions, and acoustic liturgies are copyrighted, human-composed original creations. In alignment with the Codex Core, every track is crafted for stillness, focus, and sacred contemplation rather than commercial spectacle. No automated, generated, or machine-synthesized substitutes are permitted within the canon.

II. Personal Practice & Sanctuary Use

Initiates and practitioners are permitted to utilize Sol-Arc Systema transmissions within personal contemplation, private sanctum prayer watches (Horarium), non-monetized rituals, educational studies, and personal creative showcases.

III. Commercial & Broadcast Restrictions

Any commercial exploitation, monetized streaming re-upload, resale, sub-licensing, or broadcast without prior written covenant is strictly prohibited under international copyright law and subject to legal action.

IV. The Sacred Formulas

The textual codex, diagrams, sigils, and liturgical formulas (In Umbra Arcis / Et in Rotis Ignis / Fiat Axis, Volvantur Rotae) are foundational intellectual property of Sol-Arc Systema.
